- hold training and events that raise awareness of current and emerging issues.
Our partners
The current organisations involved in the Partnership are:

- local authorities
- Drinking Water Inspectorate
- UK Health Security Agency
- Water Regs UK Limited.
Join the partnership
Membership is free and open to anyone working in a water or health-related role in the South West of England.

How it works
The partnership covers a range of topics around water quality, outbreak management and public health messaging.
Key topics currently include lead in drinking water, private water supplies (with a particular focus on Regulation 8 supplies) and supplying drinking water at temporary events such as festivals.
The partnership’s steering group sets the strategic direction of the work and the topics of interest that are being worked on by the smaller working groups.
It also responds to consultations, emerging issues or proposed key topics related to water and health as and when they arise. This is coordinated via the steering group and conducted through the formation of ad-hoc working groups.
If you would like to take part or learn more, complete our simple online form to join the partnership or make an enquiry.
